Top Hat Chili Mix

We brought this flavorful blend of spices to the finals table for the Texas Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) competition. A combination of ancho, guajillo, de arbol, and New Mexico red chili peppers warm up a bowl of red, which competes for recognition with the judges of Terlingua.
