This is our Signature Steak Rub, like the fort of Phantom Hill. The combination of spices in this steak rub enhances any cut of beef on the grill or table. It's secret for success lies in the variety of spices blended into the mix. These spices include coriander, cumin, minced garlic, minced onion, paprika, ground ancho chilis, red pepper flakes, thyme and a secret spice or two. Every seasoning has to have a little mystery!
