Some of our friends may remember us from our days with the wine industry in Fredericksburg, TX or CASI chili cook-offs. Some of our new business partners may know us from the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce. Still others may recognize us from the Rotary Club of Fredericksburg or Fair Oaks Ranch.

We are excited to be reinventing ourselves as the owners of a new enterprise which we are calling Twisted Lizard Mercantile, LLC, the home of Ghost Town Products, a line of seasonings uniquely designed to enhance the flavor of daily menus and meals for special occasions.

We sell blends of seasonings which we customize to enhance the flavor of beef, chicken, pork and seafood. Each seasoning recipe is uniquely created from a variety of spices such as cumin, marjoram, oregano, and ancho, just to name a few. The seafood seasoning, for example, is made up of 22 different spices!

We blend this variety of spices in small batches from fresh herbs and spices.

We make our seasonings readily available in one container for convenient storage and use.

Our goal is to help our customers create delicious meals from simple, less expensive ingredients while spending more time with family and friends .
